Created by restaurateur Colin Li and chef Eva Chin, this hidden 26-seat micro-restaurant transforms the traditional Chinese banquet into a personal, storytelling journey. The evening begins with the strike of a gong, drawing guests into an immersive, chef-led performance. Chef Eva Chin blends her classical Western training and memories of regional Chinese cuisines with local Ontario terroir, resulting in innovative dishes like Cantonese-style sea bream aged for seven days and served with a Niagara cherry sweet-and-sour jus.

Guests can choose between cozy booths or a long communal table to enjoy the structured multi-course menu, which can be paired with biodynamic wines or baijiu. Diners appreciate the thoughtful storytelling behind each plate, noting that the warmth of the service makes special occasions feel truly celebrated.

Because of the highly curated, micro-restaurant format, reservations must be booked and pre-paid online, and the premium pricing reflects the exclusive nature of the experience.
