NOYAA
NOYAA brings Mediterranean and Asian flavors together in a 7,000-square-foot restaurant-nightclub hybrid at The Well in downtown Toronto. Executive Chef Ciprian Gabriel Porumbacean draws on his Romanian roots, fine dining experience in the UAE, and Japanese culinary training to create a menu that moves seamlessly from dinner to late-night entertainment.
The space is designed for discovery across four distinct zones. You'll find an omakase bar for intimate sushi experiences, a central bar and lounge, a main dining room beneath suspended foliage, and an outdoor terrace with NanaWalls that open completely during summer months. Signature dishes include A5 Wagyu Pillow with truffle béchamel, Squid Ink Gnocchi with King Crab, and AA5 Japanese striploin finished tableside on hot stone. The menu also features dim sum, ceviche, tartars, and robata-grilled specialties alongside sushi and sashimi towers.
Beyond the food, NOYAA positions itself as a cultural destination with themed evening programming like Night in Mykonos and Tokyo Nights, plus Sunday Amazonico Jungle Brunch. The cocktail program highlights seasonal ingredients and zero-proof options. Keep in mind this is a multi-sensory venue where dining transitions into nightlife, so expect a livelier atmosphere as the evening progresses.
